Modular & Custom Carpentry

Kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, study tables, crockery units, beds and storage – all designed to the millimetre for your walls and built with quality boards, hardware and finishes.

Modular units are factory-finished for precision, while custom pieces are crafted to suit the spaces standard furniture never fits.

False Ceilings & Lighting

A well-designed ceiling hides wiring and AC ducting and gives each room its character. We plan the ceiling and the lighting together – ambient, task and accent – so every space is bright where it needs to be and warm where it should be.

Flooring

Electrical

Plumbing & Bathroom Work

Bathrooms are where shortcuts show up first. We handle waterproofing, concealed plumbing, slopes and drainage, wall and floor tiling, sanitaryware, shower partitions and vanities as one coordinated job.

Good painting is mostly preparation. We repair, putty, sand and prime before applying premium emulsions – and add feature walls with textures, wallpaper, wall panelling or wood finishes where they make the biggest impact.

Civil Work & Renovation

Final Cleaning & Handover

We don't hand over a construction site. Before you move in, the entire property is deep-cleaned, every item is checked against a snag list with you, and you receive your keys along with care instructions and warranty details.
